- Fasten the frame on the eye position, press it gently and drag the head strap to the back side or 45degree against loose .
- Adjust the length of the nosepiece to perfectly fit the face, too short or slack might leaking .
- Make head strap suitable size ,too short will add eye pressure ,may cause circular mark .
- Press the glasses so as to discharge the air out .
- Sweating causes fog on the glasses , please take it off for ventilation for a while after wearing 20-30 minutes long .
- Please keep the goggle clean , water washing and dry it after use , do not wipe the inner glasses by using cloth.
